A note from the founder, Nicole. Anchored Counseling Services was created as a tribute to my late father, Arcadio Rodriguez.  The anchor represents safety in knowing he was always there, security that I was supported and grounding as he always helped guide me to reality.  We will forever be connected. Love you.

Hello! I am a licensed independent clinical social worker in the state of Massachusetts and have immediate openings for telehealth only.  I have over 20 years in the mental health field and have worked with people of all ages from 6 years old to 70 years old.  I specialize in working with children, adolescents and young adults and also work with couples and families.

Life is hard and navigating life is harder.  You are the expert and with your help I can support you to reach your goals.  Therapy is your journey, and I am here to help you navigate that journey and whatever life throws at you.  Using a person-centered strength-based approach we will work to help you develop coping strategies to manage what life has to offer.

Life can be overwhelming, and reaching out for support takes courage. I’m here to meet you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help you feel more grounded and empowered. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or challenges within your family, I offer a warm, open-minded space where you can feel heard and supported.

As a licensed social worker—and as a mom—I understand the many layers of stress, responsibility, and emotional complexity that life can bring. I recognize how deeply these transitions can impact your sense of self, relationships, and overall well-being.

I work with clients of all ages and am proud to provide LGBTQ-affirming care. My approach is conversational, down-to-earth, and always guided by what feels most helpful to you. I believe in the healing power of connection—both with others and within ourselves—and I bring that belief into every session.

Also, if you’re an animal lover, you’re in good company—pets often come up in conversation, and I welcome the comfort they bring to our lives.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Kate Fiske

Hi! I’m Kate Fiske, an integrative therapist blending traditional talk therapy with energy-based approaches to support whole-person healing—mind, body, and spirit.

I work with individuals who are seeking more than symptom management related to anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, women’s issues, or family struggles. Many of my clients feel stuck, disconnected, or energetically drained, and are looking for a deeper way to heal. Alongside modalities like CBT and mindfulness-based therapy, I incorporate energy work such as chakra balancing, somatic awareness, and intuitive guidance to help clients release emotional blocks, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and restore energetic balance.

My approach is conversational, down-to-earth and person centric and is always tailored to each person’s needs.  I work with clients of all ages and gender identities and am proud to provide LGBTQ+ affirming care.

Whether you're new to energy work or have been on a healing journey for a while, I’d be honored to support you in aligning with your authentic self. Reach out for a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit.

I believe therapy should feel like a steady exhale — a space where you don’t have to perform or explain your existence. You are the expert on your life. My role is to walk alongside you — helping you make sense of what feels heavy, or painful.

I work with adults and couples navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, relationship stress, and racial trauma. I approach this work with deep respect for how identity, culture, and lived experience shape the way we move through the world. Together, we explore not only what feels heavy right now, but also the patterns and histories that brought you here.

My style is warm, engaged, and direct. I value honesty, accountability, and practical tools that help create meaningful change. Whether you are feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something different, therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself and your values.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you begin. That’s what we’re here for.
